Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back to us after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.  

We do not offer monetary refunds. Your refund will be a store credit in the form of a gift card code.

You will get an email with instructions on where to send your return. If your return is accepted, you must mail the item(s) back to us at your own shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 7 days from receiving the order to qualify for a replacement or exchange. After that, all sales are final.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as our custom cups, mystery bags, surprise gifts). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
